Dispatch
Delivery and shipping are handled by Maveda. Each package includes Track & Trace and is completely free for you as a customer.
We'll ship your package within 24-72 hours. The package is shipped directly by the supplier, which is more cost-effective for you. This may mean it takes a little longer for you to receive your package.
Our streamlined process means we ship directly from the supplier, which offers you cost advantages. However, please keep in mind that this may result in slightly longer delivery times.
In general, packages are delivered within an average of 7-12 days.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with the product you received? Of course you can! You can always return your order within 14 days.
Is your product broken? Returning it isn't often necessary; we'll simply send you a new one!
Depending on the country of departure, additional charges may apply.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Maveda is not responsible for lost returns. We do not provide return labels and do not cover return shipping costs, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Changes in style, size or photo
Once you place your order, you agree that it is a custom-made product that will be put into production immediately, and that no further changes are possible.
Address changes
Please allow for slight sizing variations when ordering. We recommend choosing a size larger for a comfortable fit.
Please also note that the colors and appearance may vary slightly from the original photos due to differences in lighting and the professional studio environment in which the photos were taken.
Therefore, no further changes or adjustments can be made once the product has been prepared or shipped. We thank you for your understanding and agreement with this policy.
Damaged or incorrectly printed items
If your product arrives damaged, we'll reprint it and ship it back to you free of charge. Contact us here with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll reprint your item and ship it back to you within seven business days.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer free reprints. Simply fill out our contact form and attach a photo of your item, explaining the issue, and your order number so one of our team members can assist you. Please return your item within seven days of receiving your order.
Damaged or misprinted items can only be replaced within 45 days of the original order date. After these 45 days, Maveda is no longer responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.
Hygiene products
Hygiene products are excluded from our returns policy due to the risk of spreading infection and disease. Once hygiene products such as personal care products and bras have been used, we cannot accept returns.
An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please send us a photo as proof.
Please note that the design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color, or image is selected and shipped to you, Maveda is not responsible for replacing these items.
Disclaimer product images
While we do our best to photograph and describe our products accurately and in detail, due to screen resolution variations, we cannot guarantee that every photo accurately reflects the actual color of the product as it was produced. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item.
Lost packages
If your package gets lost in transit, we'll be happy to replace it and ensure it arrives. If you don't want the package replaced, we have to wait 14 days before refunding you, just in case it does arrive. Our customer service team will keep you updated on your order's progress during those two weeks.
Cancellations/Returns
Once you place your order, you agree that it is a custom-made product that will be put into production immediately, and that no changes are possible. However, before the order goes into production or ships, it can still be canceled. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
If you're not satisfied with the products you received and want to return them, please email contact@maveda.nl so we can send you our return address, or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.
