Dispatch
Delivery and shipping are handled by Maveda. Every package is tracked and traced and completely free for you as a customer.
We'll ship your package within 24-72 hours . The package is shipped directly from the supplier, which is cheaper for you. This may mean it takes a little longer for you to receive your package.
With our streamlined process, the package is shipped directly from the supplier, which offers you cost advantages. However, please keep in mind that this may result in a slightly longer delivery time.
As a rule, packages are delivered within an average of two to four weeks .
Returns
Not completely satisfied with the product you received? Of course you can. You can return your order anytime within 14 days!
Is your product broken? Returning it is often not necessary; we'll simply send you a new one!
Depending on the country of departure, additional charges may apply.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Maveda accepts no liability for lost returns. We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of return shipping. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Style, size and photo changes
Once you place your order, you agree that it is a custom product that will go into production immediately and that no further changes are possible.
Address changes
When placing your order, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in size. We recommend choosing a size larger for a comfortable fit.
Please also note that the colors and appearance may vary slightly from the original photos due to differences in lighting and the professional studio environment in which the photos were taken.
Once the product has been prepared or shipped, no changes can be made. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Damaged/incorrectly printed items
If your product arrives defective, we'll reprint it and return it free of charge. Contact us here with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll reprint the item and return it to you within seven business days.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer free reprints. Simply fill out our contact form and attach a photo of your item, an explanation of the issue, and your order number so a member of our team can assist you.
Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.
Damaged/misprinted items can only be replaced within 45 days of the original order date. After these 45 days, Maveda is no longer responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.
Hygiene products
Hygiene products are excluded from the right of return due to the spread of infection and disease. Once hygiene products such as personal care products and bras are depleted, we cannot accept returns.
An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please send us a photo as proof.
Please note that the design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color, or image is selected and shipped to you, Maveda is not responsible for replacing these items.
Disclaimer for product images
While we make every effort to photograph and describe our products accurately and in detail, due to variations in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every production photo accurately reflects the actual color of the goods. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we'll be happy to replace it and ensure your order arrives. If you don't want the package replaced, we have to wait 14 days before refunding your order once it's found its way to you and delivered. Our customer service team will regularly check your order over the next two weeks to track its progress and keep you updated.
Cancellations/Returns
Once you place your order, you agree that it is a custom-made product that goes into production immediately and that no changes are possible. Before the order goes into production or ships, it can still be canceled. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
If you're not satisfied with the products you received and want to return them, please email contact.maveda.nl so we can send you our return address or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.
